Baking Soda

This is a well known cleaner that has many appliances in the household. It is not only useful and harmless ingredient, but it also removes the moist and the bad smell. Mix it with water and pour it in a spray bottle. Apply it over the stain and then start scrubbing. For more persistent stains sprinkle the baking soda directly over the spot. Then get a damp cloth and rinse. Most often, baking is combined with vinegar.

Vinegar

This is a natural acid that dissolves instantly mold and mildew. Plus it is anti – microbial. You can create a solution with water or you can put it straightly over the spot. It is cheap and can be used on almost anything.

Tea Tree Oil

You can use this not only in your cosmetics. All you need are 10 drops of this miraculous ingredient. Combine it with water and you are good to go. It is a little bit more expensive than the other options, but even a small amount of tea tree oil can remove the mold.

Vodka

Except that is a perfect ingredient for your cocktail, it can actually get rid of the mold. You don’t need to grab the most expensive bottle. Any kind will work. Actually, the cheaper the liquid, the better. Approach it the same way as vinegar. Wait for a couple of minutes to work. Then wipe it with a sponge or a rag.

For lasting results – ventilate your living space often by opening the window. Keep the temperatures low, while you are out. Lastly let the direct sunlight penetrate your home, UV light has a natural mold removal effect.
